About the role
As a Virtual Receptionist at Ascendist, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting businesses by handling calls with professionalism and care. You’ll be the friendly and efficient voice that clients can count on, ensuring seamless communication while helping businesses save time and boost their customer service quality.
In the short term, you will:
- Learn our call management system, processes, and service standards.
- Handle incoming calls, providing clients with accurate information and transferring calls as necessary.
- Take messages and provide detailed call summaries to clients.
- Ensure a positive customer experience on every call, maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with the Concierge Team to support clients’ specific needs.

- Previous experience in customer service or call handling is a plus.
