About the role
As a Client Success Manager (CSM), you’ll play a critical role in overseeing the Concierge Team while ensuring our clients are consistently delighted with our services. Your focus will be on building strong, long-term relationships, addressing client needs, and leading the Concierge Team to ensure service excellence and client success.
In the short term, you will:
- Onboard new clients and help them get familiar with our services.
- Regularly check in with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Upsell and cross-sell Ascendist services to align with evolving client needs.
- Collaborate with the Concierge Team to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly.
- Act as the bridge between the client and internal teams, ensuring feedback is heard and acted upon.
What you bring to the table:
- 2+ years in a client-facing role, preferably in a customer success or account management position.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to handle conflict or challenging conversations with professionalism and empathy.
- Experience with CRM software and reporting tools.
